Where you can get in touch with human support staff that can help you with your inquiries about Zynday.
Chat Rooms
This is where you can directly talk to human support staff for questions and problems you have about Zynday. When you are typing in the chat rooms, you are an anonymous user to everyone.
Public Chat room
Read through the chat room for other users's inquiries and answers provided by the agents. Type your own message to ask agents if you do not see your own inquiry asked yet. If there are no agents online, you will have to wait for an agent to go online to respond.
These are all public chat rooms visible to other users as well as Zynday support staff:
- General FAQ—For your general questions and help
- Technical issues—technical problems and troubleshooting if the website is not working as intended
- Sales & Billing—Sales inquiries and billing questions.
Private Chat room
If an agent requests, you can accept to have a private chat room for a one-on-one conversation with a Zynday agent. Only you and the agent have access to this chat room to discuss your inquiry in further detail.
This chat room will only be open if a Zynday agent sends the user a request.
Connected
This tells you how many users are in the chat room currently and the number of Zynday support agents currently online and available.
